Anthony Kogak is the Founder and President of Solution Home Buyers, a collection of private equity investors, specializing in the acquisition of single family properties throughout the Southern California area.

Mr. Kogak’s entrepreneurial approach to real estate investment is shaped by his broad and diverse experience. He has represented hundreds of commercial real estate owners and investors in the acquisition and sale of small and mid-sized businesses, commercial real estate, financing and tax appeals. A creative thinker, he provides clients with a win/win approach to problem solving, bringing his expertise to bear on analyzing real estate problems and situations that property owner’s face to determine best and highest solution for all parties involved.

Career History / Professional Recognition

Mr. Kogak was most recently with Marcus & Millichap where he specialized in office and industrial real estate sales in the greater Los Angeles region.

Prior to that, he served with The Hoffman Group, a commercial real estate firm specializing in providing investors with property valuations and property tax appeal representation. Earlier in his career, Mr. Kogak served as a business consultant with Wise Business Advisors, Inc., effectively negotiating the sale of small and mid-sized businesses for top value; and he worked as a senior loan consultant for Homeowner’s Financial Plus, Corp., a commercial and residential mortgage brokerage.

Mr. Kogak began his professional career as Director of Marketing and Regional Account Manager, developing direct sales and other marketing campaigns for cosmetics manufacturer, Tyra International, Inc.
